La Marmorata residence is an exclusive village with year-round gated security, reserved solely for residents. Located next to the former Club Méditerranée, the complex is nestled in a heavenly bay facing the islet of the same name, which can even be reached by swimming. The spectacular views of the La Maddalena Archipelago complete a picture that showcases the absolute beauty of this gem of Gallura. The characteristic buildings, featuring exposed beams, arches, small bridges, and wooden and stone pergolas, along with the artificial pond carved into the rock, blend seamlessly with the surrounding nature thanks to its thoughtful and refined architecture.
The apartments: are distributed throughout the various parts of the resort, on either the ground or first floor. They are individually decorated according to the owners' personal taste and fully equipped with all the essentials. All of them feature a TV. Apartments with a washing machine and/or air conditioning and/or sea views are available upon request at the time of booking.
Amenities: Bar, tobacconist, pizzeria restaurant, newsagent, ice cream parlor, supermarket, and a serviced beach with boat mooring and boat rental (charges apply).

Reception office hours: 9:00 – 12:30 and 16:00 – 20:00 daily, including Sundays.
Arrival: All major payment methods are accepted, including SATISPAY.
Check-In from 17:00 to 19:30.
Late check-in (after 19:30) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to our reservations office (similar to the deposit payment). Once the balance has been settled and you have submitted your ID documents for mandatory guest registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The morning after your arrival, please visit our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other outstanding fees.
Early check-in: subject to availability and to be arranged in advance.
Departure: check-out is strictly by 10:00.
Late check-out: late departure can be arranged with the reception desk, subject to the apartment not being reoccupied on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until 20:00 at the latest, for an extra charge equal to the daily rate discounted by 40% (payable on-site). In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably via credit card guarantee or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, cash deposits will be refunded via bank transfer.

Final cleaning requirements: cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom is the guest's responsibility, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. The property must be left free of all waste, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will apply.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid strictly in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by cheque. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week; maintenance service: 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be held on a credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if any rubbish is left in the property upon departure.
- For safety reasons, appliance assistance is managed through official manufacturer service channels, and is therefore subject to their respective response times. The functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
