Our apartments, located throughout the town, are individually decorated and furnished according to the tastes of their owners. Options include apartments with a washing machine and/or air conditioning (to be requested at the time of booking). We also offer Town Center apartments, located near the lively and vibrant heart of the town, and Seaside apartments, situated closer to the beautiful Rena Bianca beach.
Services: guest assistance and tourist information, brochures and guides about Sardinia, and excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago. In town: piano bars, nightclubs, amusement arcades, a diving center, a wellness center with a pool, a pharmacy, medical services, and a variety of shops. Shuttle service to and from the beaches of Capo Testa (for an extra fee). Bus service to La Marmorata beach and Baia Santa Reparata.

Arrival: We accept all payment methods, including SATISPAY.
Check-In from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your arrival date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the booking office (just like the deposit). Once the balance is paid and you have submitted your ID/passport documents for mandatory guest registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, please visit our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other applicable fees.
Early check-in: subject to availability and to be agreed in advance.
Departure: check-out strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out: late evening departure may be arranged with the reception office, strictly subject to the apartment not being reoccupied on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until no later than 8:00 PM for an additional on-site fee equal to the daily rate discounted by 40%. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: € 200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, if paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer.
This holiday complex follows a MANDATORY waste sorting program, the details of which will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning touch-up: the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom must be left clean by the guest, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. Guests are also required to dispose of all trash before departure, otherwise an additional €50.00 will be charged.
Pets: A mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Please note that cats are not allowed.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank cheque. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week; maintenance service: 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, a security deposit of €200.00 is required, which will be refunded at departure. The deposit can also be secured using a credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, you are required to pay the tourist tax in cash, as per legal regulations.
- A €50.00 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if any garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For safety reasons, appliance maintenance is handled through official technical support channels and is subject to their response times. The functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners cannot be guaranteed.
