Simply yet functionally furnished according to the tastes of the individual owners, they guarantee all the comfort you need for an excellent holiday. Upon request at the time of booking, apartments with a washing machine and/or air conditioning and/or sea views are also available.

Arrival: We accept all payment methods, including Satispay.
Check-In from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your arrival date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the booking office (similar to the initial deposit). Once the balance is paid and you have submitted your ID documents for mandatory police registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, please come to our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other applicable fees.
Early check-in: subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Departure: Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out: an evening departure may be requested and must be agreed upon with the reception office, subject to the apartment not being reoccupied on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until 8:00 PM at the latest, for an on-site surcharge equivalent to one night's rate discounted by 40%. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, cash deposits will be refunded via bank transfer.
This holiday resort follows a MANDATORY recycling and waste sorting program, the details of which will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning requirements: guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. All trash must be removed from the property prior to departure, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will apply.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- Paying the remaining balance by bank cheque is recommended. We also accept payment via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week, maintenance support: 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be provided via credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, appliance repairs are handled through official service channels, and are subject to their respective turnaround times. The proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
